DESCRIPTION:Council Meetings\nCouncil meetings take place in the council chambers on the first floor of City Hall. Meetings are held twice a month on the first and third Mondays. \n\nCaucus: 6:30 pm\nBusiness Meeting: 6:45 pm\n\nIf a meeting falls on a federal holiday\, it will be held on the following Tuesday. \nPublic Participation\nThe public is welcome to speak at council meetings. To participate: \n\nRegistration: Sign your name\, topic\, and phone number on the sign-in sheet located at the entrance to the council chambers. Registration closes at 6:45 pm.\nSpeaking: Public comments occur at the end of the meeting after council business. Each speaker has 2 minutes to address the council.\nProcedure: When called\, approach the podium\, state your name and address\, and proceed with your comments.
